La Fin de la voix revient sur la vie et les œuvres du compositeur Giacomo Puccini, dans le contexte du développement de l’enregistrement du son et des images animées, à travers des vignettes documentaires et des extraits d’opéras mis en scène et filmés à la manière du cinéma du début du 20e siècle.
The End of the Voice looks back at the life and works of composer Giacomo Puccini, in the context of the development of sound recording and moving images, through documentary vignettes and excerpts from operas staged and filmed in the manner of early 20th-century cinema.
